I was looking for a trustworthy mechanic, that was in my community, that understood the importance of building rapport and relationship with clients being served. I came for an oil change and they gave me a report of all areas of concerns and cost, along with images of the repairs needed. The work that was completed has been done timely and corrected all concerns. I highly recommend Bryans Road Crown to be your auto repair shop!

Went in for oil change and to have vehicle checked out, I'm 78 and car is 13 and I don't want to be stuck anywhere. Visit started at 8am with a fresh cup of coffee. Pleasant visit and will definitely go back!

Had my car inspected there they had me in and out out in no time.

They really do a great job of showing you issues with your car with a very comprehensive report. I went for an oil change and also needed another repair that had not been caught anywhere else. They are very transparent with pricing.

Great experience at Crown Auto Repair in Bryans Road! I came in needing a new battery, and they were able to get it replaced quickly, even though it was right around lunchtime. They made sure I was back on the road in time to take my daughter to her appointment, which I really appreciated. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and efficient. Excellent customer service — I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them!
