We are sorry to hear you were not satisfied with your oil change service. During the oil service we completed our Digital Vehicle Inspection and took pictures of the oil leaks the car had before we ever started the service. We sent this digital vehicle inspection to you. Just as we spoke on the phone and in person your Jeep is leaking oil from the oil filter housing/oil cooler. This is a known issue and flaw that these engines have and is very common to leak oil. This is so common that aftermarket parts companies are making updated parts to fix this issue.
