UPDATE (10/1/2024): Unfortunately my second experience here was not as pleasant. I brought my 2016 pickup in for an inspection, and upon returning to pick it up, found a scratch right in the middle of my driver's side door. I am extremely meticulous about my cars and have had this truck for 8 years without a scratch until now. In their defense, they claim to have "checked the cameras" and of course came up with nothing showing anyone or anything scratching my truck. All I know is that the scratch was NOT THERE prior to this visit, and now I'm on the hook for what I'm sure will be a costly door repainting. Needless to say I will never return to this shop, and recommend to anyone that does, that you please take a walk-around video of your car in the lot before you leave and alert the staff that you've done so. It will be your only form of evidence should this happen to you! Looking back, I wish I had!! Update: We are sorry to hear your second experience was not as pleasant. We have 16 cameras that cover our parking lot and service bays that we reviewed hours of footage from the time you dropped the truck off to the time you picked the truck up. During reviewing that footage I did not see anything that would have cause that scratch in your door. We work on 4000 plus cars a year and we are human, accidents happen and we report them to the customers if so. We have no reason to hide anything. Sorry you weren't satisfied.
