My family just arrived to the state of Maryland and did not have any references or recommendations for vehicle services. I needed to have my truck inspected and certified for MDOT license/registration. BRC was within my proximity and I took a chance based on a quick survey of their positive Google reviews. I'm very fortunate to have found BRC. I cannot comment on the value of the services that were provided to me as I am not familiar with the standard costs in this area. I will say with full confidence that the staff was great. Dawn, Maria and Kim at the Service Desk were very friendly and eager to assist me even though they remained busy throughout the day. The technicians, Chris and an older gentlemen, were also very friendly and professional. Please make sure to pass along my gratitude to the older gentlemen who inspected my vehicle. I did not catch his name but he deserves to be recognized for excellent service. My truck did not pass the initial inspection and I had to take it off site same day to have the issue fixed. It was an unexpected inconvenience, however, Dawn took the time to get me back in the shop same day at no additional cost. I actually spent more time driving to and from the shop than I did waiting for the technicians to complete my inspection. I really appreciate the staff at BRC. Although I am a stranger to the area, they made me feel valued like family and respected my time in the midst of their busy day. My wish is to never need BRC again but if you require vehicle services I hope that my review helps guide you to their location. God bless!
